SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship anywhere in the US!

Every attempt will be made to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is received and another as soon as it's shipped with tracking information.

Shipping Methods and Costs:

All US orders are shipped via USPS final mile transit times are anywhere from 3-10 business days after shipping depending on your distance from our warehouse in TX, unless of course you opt for faster delivery and would like to purchase express delivery.

Economy Shipping costs:

Orders with a cart total of less than $35.00  will incur a $5.00 shipping charge

Orders with a cart total of more than $35.00 will enjoy free shipping!

FedEx 2-Day Shipping costs:

For Faster Shipping, customers may purchase FedEx 2-Day for an additional $25.00

We are able to offer delivery to APO/FPO or PO Boxes when Economy Shipping is selected. We are sorry, Express is not available for APO/FPO or PO Boxes.

RETURNS POLICY

We’re here to help, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Your refund amount will be the purchase price minus the cost of the return shipping label, which we will provide at our low shipping rates.

To help your return go as quickly as possible, please follow these steps:

  1. Use the Contact Us form or email help@doctorschoice.com to let us know to expect your return. Please include your name, your order number, and the email address associated with the order along with details that will help us know why the item didn’t work out for you.
  2. Doctor’s Choice will provide you with the returns address after you reach out to us.
  3. Do not return a Product without receiving the returns address from Doctor’s Choice and confirmation that your refund request has been received.
  4. We will arrange the return for you and send you a return label to attach to the package and take to your post office or UPS. Please let us know the zip code where you will drop off the package. In this case, the amount of the return shipping will also be deducted from your refund. Please return the Products in the original shipping box or similar size box if using our shipping label, as the shipping cost is based on the dimensions of the original shipping box. NOTE: Returns in larger boxes will be subject to additional fees deducted from your refund.
  5. Returned items must be in "like new" condition and in the original packaging. See “Damages” below for return of damaged items.
  6. If Doctor’s Choice approves your refund request, your refund (minus the cost of the return shipping label, which we will provide at our low shipping rates) will be processed and applied to your original method of payment as soon as possible after receipt of the returned item. Depending upon your credit card company, it may take up to an additional 10 business days after the credit is applied for the credit to appear on your credit card account.
  7. You will receive an email confirmation of receipt of the item along with verification of the refund being processed.
  8. As an alternative to the above, Doctor’s Choice may refund your purchase price without requiring you to return the products at its discretion.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT?

If you receive a damaged item, please let us know within 48 hours of the delivery. Please email help@doctorschoice.com with a photo of the damage along with your name, your order number, and the email address associated with the order. Depending on the damage, you may receive replacement parts or a full replacement. We will walk you through the process and what to expect upon receipt of your email.
